At ordinary times, the maintenance of the motor should pay attention to: keep the motor clean, no dust; often check the appearance of the motor to see whether there are parts dislocation; often check the bearing for replacement or oiling, but also check the incoming line connector; and dont forget that the motor shell must be cleaned! If it is necessary to maintain the motor carefully, and the motor is in continuous operation, daily maintenance is very important: when the motor is working, pay attention to the working environment and do not be in a bumpy state, so as to prevent the motor from being damaged or reduce its service life. The appearance inspection should be carried out to check whether the fan works normally, whether there is abnormal vibration, whether the coupling connection is reliable, whether the base is fixed firmly, whether the bearing works normally (listen to the sound), whether the temperature is normal (infrared thermometer), and whether the current is normal (clamp type ammeter). In addition, the carbon brush and slip ring of wound motor must be inspected. If there is any abnormality in one aspect, it is necessary to repair the motor as soon as possible, otherwise, it will not be able to deal with it after the situation becomes serious.
