The usual maintenance of the motor shell is very important to reduce and avoid faults in the operation of the motor, and the most important link is patrol inspection and timely elimination of any abnormal phenomenon. After the incident, it is necessary to analyze the incident carefully and take countermeasures to improve the motor operation efficiency when reducing the incident times and repairing the stop table. The interior of motor accessories is not allowed to enter into water droplets, oil, dust, etc., and the dust inside and outside the motor shall be removed regularly. Note that the load current should not exceed the rated value. Pay attention to check the bearing heating, oil leakage and other conditions, especially oil according to the regulations. The temperature rise of the motor shall not exceed the rated value. Therefore, we should know and master some maintenance skills.



1. When the thermal maintenance of the aluminum shell motor shell acts continuously, it should be found out that the fault is due to the overload of the aluminum shell motor or the setting value of the maintenance device is too low. After the fault is eliminated, it can be put into operation.



2. The operating environment should always be dry, the appearance of the motor should be clean, and the air inlet should not be obstructed by dust and fiber.



3. When the service life of the bearing is over, the vibration and noise of the motor will increase obviously. When the radial clearance of the bearing reaches the following value, the bearing should be replaced.



4. The aluminum shell motor shall be guaranteed to be smooth during operation. The general motor runs for about 5000 hours, that is to make up or replace the smooth grease. When the bearing is overheated or smooth degeneration is found in operation, the hydraulic pressure should change the grease in time. When replacing the grease, the old smooth oil should be removed, and the oil groove of bearing and bearing cover should be cleaned with gasoline. Then fill 1 / 2 (for 2 poles) and 2 / 3 (for 4,6,8 poles) of the cavity between the inner and outer rings of the bearing with zl-3 lithium grease.



5. When replacing the winding, the mode, size, turns, wire gauge, etc. of the original winding must be recorded. When these data are lost, they should be obtained from the manufacturer, and the original designed winding can be changed at will. As a result, one or several functions of the aluminum shell motor will deteriorate or even cannot be used.



6. When disassembling the motor, take out the rotor from the shaft extension end or non extension end. If it is not necessary to remove the fan, it is still more convenient to take out the rotor from the non shaft extension end. When pulling out the rotor from the stator, the stator winding or insulation should be avoided.
