Analysis of the best method for measuring the temperature inside the motor shell

Before the motor shell runs, we first measure the cold resistance R1 of the winding, that is, when the winding temperature is equal to the cooling medium temperature T1. When the humidity of the winding rises to T2 after the motor is running, the resistance of the winding will increase to R2. If the temperature is measured in centigrade, then there is the following relationship for the copper wire winding: R1 / r2 = (235 + T1) / (235 + T2). From the above formula, if R1, R2 and T1 are known, T2 can be solved. T1-T2 is the temperature rise of the winding to the cooling medium. For aluminum wire winding, the constant 235 in the above formula is changed to 225.



Servo motor refers to the engine which controls the operation of mechanical components in the servo system. It is an indirect speed change device for auxiliary motor. The servo motor can make the control speed and position accuracy very accurate, and can convert the voltage signal into torque and speed to drive the control object. In an automatic control system, it is used as an actuator to convert the received electrical signal into angular displacement or angular velocity output on the motor shaft. It can be divided into DC and AC servo motors. Its main feature is that when the signal voltage is zero, there is no self rotation phenomenon, and the speed decreases with the increase of torque.



As a short-circuit single turn secondary coil, the motor shell is heated by the eddy current generated inside the motor shell under the condition of low AC voltage. The heating purpose is achieved by relying on the energy of these eddy currents, thus producing a lot of heat. The motor case heater itself and yoke are kept at normal temperature. However, it is different from the bearing heater, especially the aluminum motor shell, which has the characteristics of fast heat dissipation, thin shell, and difficult heating of aluminum material. Therefore, the motor shell heater can quickly heat the aluminum motor shell and water pump shell, and the shell body is heated by the same amount of expansion, meeting the assembly of interference heat sleeve with the stator. It has the advantages of fast heating, time saving, power saving and convenient operation.
